| Q | How to find what you want. | |
| A | All records can be found from the home page. There are many different searches available and many combinations. You may search the whole list online or offline OR just search for an individual record/producer or label or song title. All parts of the site are linked. So click on an artist name and you will go to all the records we have by that artist. This applies to all categories. REMEMBER..IF ITS ONLINE ITS AVAILABLE. Please avoid using commas or apostrophes when making searches. You may search using artist name/song title/producer/record label. In Advanced search you may combine these. Please remember to enter the correct spelling. If you wish to see an image of the record you want to buy and it is not already there please email us with record title/artist/label and we will provide it. You may also search for records by sound clip. |

| Q | How to buy? | |
| A | The only way is online. We encourage you to register with us so that each time you log in, you can save your record bag for another time and view all orders you make with us. When you see what you want click on buy. This will add your chosen record to your record bag. This is located on the left hand side of the LionVibes home page.
When you have your completed selection. (You may add as many as you wish/or remove by clicking the green X).
Click on
to Checkout. At this point just select your location and postal delivery option. This is automatic when you make your choice. We accept payment from either PayPal OR WorldPay ONLY. |

| A | These are all calculated automatically online. You can find out the costs yourself by going through to the checkout with the records you want in the record bag. | |

| Q | What does WOL/STOL etc mean? | |

After each grading of the vinyl. Ex/VG etc, we make abbreviated comments to help you understand the exact condition of the record you are buying. These are the most usual :- WOL...Writing on the record label..An S in front means Small.. TOL....There is a tear on the label...(S..Means small again) SOL....Sticker on label... LD....Label damaged These may appear in combination. eg. Ex+(WOL/SOL) In this case the record is in Ex+ condition and has writing and a sticker on the label. Our vinyl gradings are as follows G/G+/VG/VG-/VG+/Ex-/Ex/Ex+/Mint We really do try to grade well and fairly. Its in nobodys' interest to have unhappy customers!! If you see 2 gradings ie Ex/Ex. The first lettering applies to the sleeve or cover. By far the most common grading is Ex or Mint. |
